I'm starting a diet...

So I am starting this diet.... the first 8 days is a detox... I can only eat veggies and oil... and not even the veggies I like... no carrots or corn. bummer. After 4 days I get to add whole grains, like amaranth, quinoa, millet and buckwheat. After the 8 day detox part, I get to add chicken, eggs, fish and turkey. This is day two and so far I'm already tired of lettuce, zucchini, cauliflower, cabbage, and onions. But I know this diet works. This diet was "invented" by Dr. Kellas. My family met him what I was 8, I had a lot of allergies and after going on this diet they were all gone with in two weeks!!! At that time, my dad was 500 lbs. and was told he would die within 6 months of a heart attack... long story short... he lost 200 lbs on this diet and is still around 20 years later. So I'm giving it my best shot. My goal is to loose 50 lbs by the end of the year.... we will see if I can do it. :-) I really want to loose the weight before we start trying to have another child. I talked with my Dr. he said go for it... so I'm seeing Dr. Kellas down in San Diego once a month. Anyway, here is a picture of my breakfast this morning, and Mackenzie loves it, Kaitlyn won't even try it. :-)
